About us
About us
The Narwhals Golfing Society is a scratch foursomes society with a strong connection to North Wales golf. Formed to further the game in the region, the Society was organised in 1935 and formally founded at Prestatyn in 1936.
New Narwhals will typically have played representative golf at a high level and be able to compete confidently in this format. Just as important as playing standard is conduct. Members are expected to add value to the Society through their participation, their behaviour, and their approach to the game.
This page brings together documents, photographs and stories from across the Narwhals’ history.

- Guests reciprocate in the same spirit when away
- Professional standards are expected at all times

Royal St David’s (Harlech) and Conwy are among the Society’s traditional homes.
